Original Art Shipping Costs

Please enjoy Free Shipping within the continental United States for all of my original art. For Alaska, Hawaii and any territories, a flat rate of $25 for up to 5 pounds of weight, and $50 for over 10 pounds of weight. For all international shipping a flat rate of $50 for up to 5 pounds of weight and $150 for over 10 pounds of weight is applied. 

Original Art Delivery Times

Great care is taken to prepare, package and send your original art, so that it arrives in perfect condition. This may take 1-3 business days, depending on when the order is received.

Smaller items will be shipped via UPS, which should take 5-7 days for Domestic (within the United States). International orders may take 10-14 days.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duty

Please be aware that any orders going internationally, may incur taxes, import and customs duties and it’s the customers responsibility to find out what these might be BEFORE ordering.

Return & Exchanges

Originals:

All original artwork sales are final and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind. 

However, I totally understand that things can happen out of your control, such as damage in transit.

If this is the case, please EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your package to: info@tracyjhayesfineart.com or text me at 5035605929 and send over photos of the damage.

From there I will help arrange for the artwork to be returned and a refund will be issued once I receive the artwork back. Must be received within 30 Days for Returns.

Prints:

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns since the products are custom-made to order.

In the unlikely event of an item being delivered damaged or faulty, please contact me at info@tracyjhayesfineart.com  within 7 days of receiving your print and I will resolve it immediately.

You can then either be refunded or your item replaced, so long as I have photos of the damage.
